We match stones to ensure the highest quality jewellery repair, if we cannot match a stone exactly, we will not carry out the repair. We understand the sentimental value attached to rings and we always take the utmost care with all the jewellery we repair.
Will my jewellery look as good as it did before?
We have a huge range of precious, semi-precious and non-precious stones. Stones can come in a variety of shades, for example, sapphires start at a very bright blue and range to almost black. We colour match and grade to the existing stones. Replacement stones are bought to order, to ensure the best match.
Will the stone fall out again?
The most common reason for a stone falling out is damage or everyday wear and tear to the claws which hold the stone in its ring setting. The work that we perform will replace the stone and keep it firmly in place.
